SEARCHING
SEARCH METHODOLOGY
- By name. Enter the full name or part of it and click FIND.
- Restrict searches within certain categories and also to specific regions.
- Search results are displayed in the order of Trading Name and then Location.
- The number in brackets following each category and region is the total number of businesses/suppliers in that category or region.
CATEGORY SEARCH
Select the main category e.g. "Accommodation and Travel", and if you wish, enter either the supplier's full name or just part of it and click "FIND". If the name is left blank, a search on all suppliers in that category will be completed.
This option also limits the results by your selected regions.
Sub Categories
Click on the "+" or the Category to display sub categories. Each sub category has the number of available suppliers listed in brackets.
Select as many sub categories or main categories as you wish, by clicking the appropriate box. If required, enter a partial or full name of a business/supplier, and click "FIND". If the name is left blank, a search on all suppliers in the sub categories will be completed.
VIEWING
DISPLAYING RESULTS
Results can be displayed in a list format or in a more detailed format. Click the "List" or "Detail" buttons under "Options".
Clicking a business/supplier will open a display in detailed format, so you can view all available information including a Google Map showing the business's/supplier's location.
You can limit the number of businesses/suppliers per page by selecting to view 10, 20, 50, or 100 per page.
REBATES
Shareholder rebate information will be available if you are logged in as a CRT Cardholder.
REGIONS
You can limit the results by clicking 'Edit Regions" under the "Options" menu and your selected region. Multiple regions can be selected, along with main regions (such as Otago). Once you are happy with your selected regions, click "OK" to save your selection and close the dialog.
PRINTING
If you wish to view a printable version of your results, select "View Printable" from the "Options" menu. The printable version has been sized for A4 paper with 15 mm margins.
