Please note the following:
- This is a request only until you receive confirmation that your tickets are booked.
- You will receive a copy of your request by email.
- We will respond to your request within three working days.
- The CRT card indicated below will be charged for tickets two weeks prior to the event taking place.
- Tickets will be mailed to the address provided two weeks prior to the event taking place.
- Please also note the Payment and cancellation policy below.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN REQUESTING MORE THAN 4 TICKETS PLEASE CALL US ON 0800 278 583. FOR SOME EVENTS UP TO 10 TICKETS MAY BE AVAILABLE.
Payment and cancellation policy
Your CRT card will be charged two weeks prior to the event taking place.
Should you need to cancel you may reassign your ticket to another person. Please notify the our Customer Services team so seating plans can be updated.
If you are unable to arrange a replacement a full refund will be made provided notification is received within seven days of the event taking place.
After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Events Manager and depends on whether tickets can be resold.
If, for reasons beyond the control of CRT, the event is cancelled, refunds will be made in full to the CRT card originally charged.
