Choose your rewards online
Shop for your reward in our choices rewards online shop.
To do this you will need a login and password for the CRT website, if you do not have this set up yet please call our customers services team to request access to the website.
Browse the store and we'll make the transaction for you
Call the choices team to have a CRT Choices Rewards operator 'shop by proxy' in the choices rewards online shop for you and claim your rewards
Choose rewards by post
By completing and sending us the manual form available on request from our choices team.
Use our special order service
If you don't see what you want in our online choices catalogue in many cases we can get it for you with the help of our special order service. And thanks to our strong relationship with CRT's suppliers we can often negotiate a great deal for you. Contact us to see if we can help find you your preferred choices rewards products.
Use cash top ups
If you don't have enough choices points for the product you'd really like to claim you can make a 'cash top up' to your CRT Card up to maximum of $500.
If a higher 'top up' is required please call the Choices Rewards team to discuss this.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping will not be charged on your Choices' Points redemptions in the South Island.
We endevour to deliver your rewards as quickly as possible, however as delivery will often be made by a third party we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have any concerns about shipping please contact our choices team.
Please contact the Choices team if you would like your chosen rewards to be delivered to an alternative address.
