How do I join CRT?
If you want to become a CRT shareholder you need to fill in an application form. The form provides us with relevant information we can use to assist you in adding value to your farm. If you have any questions about this process or the application form, please call our customer services team on 0800 278 583.

Can anyone shop at CRT?
Anyone can shop at CRT and benefit from our everyday low prices. Not only can you visit one of our 31 FarmCentres to see the great product selection, you can also shop online. Customers can use all major credit cards when purchasing online or in store and shareholders can use their CRT Card or account. Please note that we do not ship products outside of New Zealand.
What does "CRT" stand for?
CRT is short form for Combined Rural Traders, we are also often referred to as CRT Co-operative and in our social media websites such as Facebook use the short form CRTCoop. For more information about CRTs history see Our History page.
Website and MyCRT accounts
How do I get a password for the CRT website (also known as MyCRT)?
All CRT shareholders were sent a letter in 2009 which included a website username and password. If you have become a shareholder since then or cannot locate this letter, then you can request to be setup for MyCRT, please call our customers services team on 0800 278 583. Note that you will need to verify your identity when requesting a MyCRT account or new password.
What is my username to log into the MyCRT area on the CRT website?
Your username is the first part of the login details used to access your MyCRT account. This MyCRT username is separate from and different to your card or account number, although you can choose to use your card or account number as your username.
You can change your username to a new format at any time in your MyCRT account settings area, for instance if you want to make your username the same format as your card or account number.
I have the correct password and username, but cannot login to MyCRT
If you have not logged in for many months, it's possible that the system may not recognise you as a user. If you don't receive a new password by email, please call 0800 278 583 and request your account to be reset.

How do I earn choices points?

Where can I see my choice rewards points balance?
You can find your choices points balance on your shareholder statement each month. You can also see your choices balance in the MyCRT section of the CRT website, simply login with your website username and password. For more information about gaining access to MyCRT see above.
Can I buy vouchers with choices rewards points?
Yes, a wide range of CRT suppliers offer vouchers through choices rewards, from supermarkets and DIY to hunting and fishing stores. See our online rewards shop to order your vouchers or call our choices team on 0800 255 233 for more information.

Shopping and your CRT Card
I’ve lost my CRT Card – what do I do?
Please call our customer services team on 0800 278 583 as soon as possible to report the lost or stolen card. The card will then be deactivated and we will issue you with a new one. Once you report the loss, you are not liable for any expenditure incurred should the card be used fraudulently.
How do I set up my card PIN number?
Your PIN is loaded the first time you enter a four digit number of your choice during an EFTPOS transaction using your CRT Card. When using the card press CRD as normal then key in a number of your choice. Please note CRT FarmCentres and many CRT suppliers do not use the EFTPOS system so you will not need to enter your PIN for every transaction.
I'd like to change my PIN or I’ve forgotten my PIN - what do I do?
Please ring our customer services team on 0800 278 583 and they will get the card reset for you.
Can I use a CRT card at a challenge fuel station?
Yes, you can use your CRT card to purchase fuel at most Challenge fuel stations. Check our supplier’s directory for locations near you.
Can I buy your products with a credit card?
Yes, if you are a non shareholder you can purchase products online and in our FarmCentre's using a credit card. If you are a shareholder you should use your CRT card to purchase at special shareholder prices.
Can you provide me with a product quote?
Yes, if you have a list of products that you would like to purchase, please contact your local CRT FarmCentre, they will be happy to assist you with a quote. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services team on 0800 278 583 if there is no FarmCentre in your locality. For an easy way learn about many of the products that we stock you can see our online shop.
What rebate do suppliers offer?
Rebates differ from supplier to supplier, to find the rebate for a specific supplier you will need log into the CRT website (a login area called MyCRT) and then go to our online supplier directory and look up the supplier. If you do not have a website login yet or have forgotten your username and password please contact our Customer Services team. Alternatively you can request a printed copy of our CRT Supplier Directory from our Customer Services team. So that you can find out about new opportunities to save, every month we publish a list of new suppliers in your region and the rebates they offer.
Is CRT opening a store near me?
We announce and promote all new FarmCentre stores on our website, in Agline our Shareholder Magazine and usually in your local press. If you think that you need a CRT FarmCentre store in your locality we are always interested in hearing from you. Do you sell CRT Vouchers?
Yes we do! CRT gift vouchers make a great present for friends and family, so if you're not sure just what to buy, grab a CRT voucher and let them choose what they want.
Go to your local CRT FarmCentre and buy your vouchers using a CRT Card, cash or credit card. Please note that CRT Vouchers cannot be bought or redeemed via the CRT online store at this time.

How can I join CRT as a supplier and get a listing in your supplier directory?
There are many advantages to becoming a CRT supplier, such as being able to accept our CRT Card and market your products and services to over 26,000 CRT Shareholders. Please contact our Customer Services team to find out more information about applying to be a CRT supplier.
How do I find a CRT supplier?
All companies whom CRT shareholders can purchase goods from using their CRT Card can be found in our online Supplier Directory. New suppliers are added to the directory each month and you can also find a list of new suppliers in each issue of Agline Shareholder Magazine and on our new suppliers website section, you can also download iCRT, a Supplier Directory smart phone application containing details of all of our suppliers. If you would like further information about CRT suppliers in your area please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist.
Can I use my mobile phone to find CRT suppliers?
Yes you can! Our iCRT supplier directory application is free to download for both iPhone and Android mobiles, and details over 4000 businesses that accept the CRT Card. You can use iCRT to search for a supplier or the type of service you need, as well as contact details and location maps. It even shows the closest stores to your current location, making it easier for you to get your rebates and rewards from CRT.
If you have an internet enabled mobile phone you can also use the Supplier Directory on our website to find a supplier. Note that to view supplier rebate information you do need a MyCRT website account login. See above for information about how to get a MyCRT account.
Can I advertise in the CRT Agline Magazine?

At CRT we are very proud of the quality of the merchandise that we stock. We have specialist staff who purchase products with the aim of providing both quality and value for our customers. How do I cash in my CRT shares?
You must apply to the Board to surrender your shares. You are entitled to receive payment of your shares once you have closed your CRT account. Any request to surrender your shares should be sent to:
