Notice of CRT Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the forty-seventh Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Combined Rural Traders Society Ltd will be held at 4 pm on 3 August 2010, at Seifrieds Restaurant, Richmond (corner State Highway 60 and Redwood Road, Appleby).

Please note that you are invited to attend an afternoon tea at the same venue at 3pm, which will be followed by the AGM at 4pm.

Business

1. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2010
   Resolution to be put:
   That the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2010 be adopted.
   
   
2. To appoint the auditors.
   Resolution to be put:
   That the auditors, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, continue in office, and that the directors be authorised to fix their remuneration.
   
   
3. To transact any other business which may be properly considered at the Annual General Meeting
