CRT Choices Rules and Conditions

1. Any accumulated CRT Choices points not used within three years of receiving them will expire.
2. All participants must take the shopping vouchers, merchandise or tailored packages as offered. No substitutions will be considered, except as offered by The CRT Choices Centre. Some products may not be available at certain times. No cash alternatives are available.
3. Participants can earn CRT Choices points towards a reward and pay the cash balance, as advised by The CRT Choices Centre, for the difference if they wish.
4. CRT Choices points are only earned on purchases charged to the shareholders nominated CRT account, and sales transactions with CRT Real Estate Ltd.
5. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. They are like cash in this respect so keep them in a safe place.
6. The recipients of all points may be subject to New Zealand Taxation Laws. If for any reason a tax or levy is imposed on The CRT Choices points in this programme it will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
7. Combined Rural Traders Society Limited (CRT) reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the programme at any time.
8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Combined Rural Traders Society Limited (CRT) will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. CRT Choices points are not awarded on freight or other service charges
10. In the event of goods purchased being returned and credited against a member's account, CRT Choices points for the returned goods will be deducted from the accumulated CRT Choices points.
11. Only damaged or defective goods may be returned.
12. CRT reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in the Programme if, in CRT's sole judgement, that person has violated any of the rules described herein. Suspension or disqualification may result in the termination of an individual's or company's participation and subsequent loss of all accumulated CRT Choices points.

14. The CRT Choices Centre administers registration details, details of redemptions, and/or CRT Choices points earned. You are entitled to access and correct personal information held about you.
15. You will be issued personally with your own Internet ID and Password. This must be kept confidential to prevent unauthorised access and use of your Internet account.
16. Security of personal passwords is the responsibility of the person to whom they are issued. Neither Combined Rural Traders Society Limited (CRT) nor its contractors accept any responsibility for the loss and/or disclosure and/or misuse of these passwords and any resultant claims or loss or damage.
