Seed Mixing Sites

CRT Seed operates three mixing sites located in Invercargill, Dunedin and Christchurch.  We invest considerable time and resource maintaining our systems to ensure we implement, maintain and delivery high quality standards throughout all aspects of our seed operation.  This investment is invaluable as it is our assurance that all purchases of high value pasture and forage seed are guaranteed in terms of variety, quality and quantity.

Each site can produce seed mixes tailor-made to your paddock requirements.  To enable this, stocks of individual cultivars and varieties are kept at each site and mixed to order.  For mixes that specify a cultivar that is not actually held in stock, our skilled staff can advise a suitable substitute, or quickly organise delivery of the required product.

All pasture and forage seed can be supplied with a seed treatment to protect the young seedlings from insect or fungal attack – please see the seed treatment comparison table for further information.
