  • We will respond to your request within three working days 
  • Your tickets are not booked until you receive email confirmation from us
  • Your Farmlands or CRT Card will be charged for your tickets 2 weeks prior to the event
  • Tickets will be mailed to you 2 weeks prior to the event
  • Our Payment and Cancellation Policy applies, and is noted below

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Your Farmlands or CRT Card will be charged 2 weeks prior to the event. 

If needed you can reassign your tickets to another person.  Please notify the our Customer Services Team on 0800 200 600 to do this. 

If you need to cancel your tickets a full refund will be made provided you notify us within 7 days of the event. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Events Manager and depends on whether tickets can be resold.

If for reasons beyond the control of Farmlands the event is cancelled, refunds will be made in full to the Farmlands or CRT Card charged.
